Our normal turnaround time is 3 to 4 working hours.
Our turnaround time for embroidered patches is typically 8-10 business days after your final approval, varying based on the category of the order.
Our pricing depends on the complexity of each artwork. For simple jobs, we charge $20. However, we do offer a budget-friendly scheme that can help reduce your costs. Please email us, and we will guide you properly.
Weekly payment is available for those with at least 10 weekly jobs.
Yes, you can request a sample of the embroidered patches before the final production. We charge $20 for a sample patch which will not be refunded, but it will be included in the total production cost. For instance, if you have ordered 100 pieces of embroidered patches which cost $400 including setup and delivery charges, and you want to see a sample picture of your ordered patch before the final production, we will charge $20 for the sample. Once you approve the sample, we will proceed with the final production, and you will be charged $380 only. Please note, that the prices given here are just for an example.
